Favorite Oyster Recipes
Bear Tide Oyster Shooters

Ingredients
- 1 raw oyster
- 1 tsp cocktail sauce (see my recipe from an earlier Bear Tide log)
- 1 tbsp your favorite tequila
- Small squeeze of fresh lime juice
Directions

Pour tequila in shot glass (definitely taste test the tequila before serving to your guests!).

Place raw shucked oyster & cocktail sauce in and finish with a spritz of fresh lime juice.

Shoot it back, and repeat.
Eat as many as you dare!
