Favorite Oyster Recipes
Yuzu Chili Mignonette

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup minced shallots
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp yuzu juice
- 1 tsp chili flake or powder
- 1 tsp granulated sugar or agave syrup
- 1 tsp mirin
- Pinch sea salt
Directions

Combine all ingredients in bowl, whisking until mixed thoroughly.

Let sit 45 min until all the ingredients get to know each other. Keep chilled until ready to serve on oysters.
